A last resort if you have no other options. Looks good when they give you the tour. Then what you get is completely different. Beg, plead and they still will not fix ANYTHING. Promises big and small are made, not a single one is kept. The only thing they are good at doing is billing. Even then keep EVERY receipt and bill for proof because they will screw that up too eventually.  Need to rent an apartment?
