Apartment Review for Pavillion Apartments - St Louis, MO

This apartment complex has changed management 3 times since we moved here 3 years ago and they still don't have it together. Some of our neighbors are nearly non existant where as the others are loud and obnixous playing loud music well into 2am no matter what day of the week it is. On top of that the maintenence here is terrible. We have had water damage and a leaky roof for nearly 4 months now and after many complaints nothing has been done. Hopefully since I contacted the Better Business Bureau that may get fixed but I doubt it. At this point we're just waiting for our lease to end so we can leave.
